Senior Living and 55+ Communities

We have recently worked with senior living communities to recruit more customers and residents to their community.

For our client, Beau Ridge, we ran several different campaigns. One campaign with a monthly budget of $1000, we were able to get them an average of 20 more visits to their community. We showed these ads to anyone visiting the target locations we chose including: Churches, Competitor Senior Communities, Specific apartment buildings.

In another campaign, we utilized our demographic filter capabilities and targeted specific zip codes and those who met a specific demographic within those zip codes resulting in another 9 visits on average a month to the community.
